Health Hertz
A curated platform for frequency therapy instruments and education, built by an enthusiastic practitioner who believed the public deserved better information.
Precision instruments. Grounded education.
Health Hertz exists to make frequency therapy accessible, understandable, and effective. Most devices in this space are sold without context — a circuit board, a frequency number, and a vague promise. We believe that is not good enough. Every device we offer ships with a complete protocol guide so that the instrument and the knowledge arrive together.
The guide is not written from a position of clinical authority. It is written from a position of genuine curiosity and rigorous research — the kind of resource the author wished had existed when they first started exploring frequency therapy.
We do not manufacture devices. We curate them — selecting only the instruments that meet our criteria for technical capability, build quality, and practical relevance to the protocols described in the Health Hertz guide.

Available in paperback and Kindle
The author came to frequency therapy the same way most people do — as a curious user searching for answers and finding the information scattered across obscure forums, academic abstracts, and contradictory blog posts. What was missing was not the research; it was someone willing to sit with all of it, make sense of it, and present it clearly.
Health Hertz: An Incomplete Guide to Healing Frequencies is the result of that effort — an honest, thorough collation of the current learnings, research, and best practices in frequency therapy, compiled by a practitioner for practitioners. The title is deliberately modest. This is a living field. New research emerges, protocols are refined, and the understanding of how electromagnetic fields interact with living systems continues to deepen. The guide is a starting point, not a final word — and it will be updated as the field grows.
The book is published and available in both paperback and Kindle editions through the Amazon bookstore. Every Health Hertz device order also includes a free digital copy, so you have the complete guide in hand the moment your device ships.
Why these two devices?
The Ripple and Shimmer were selected because they are the only devices in the market that support multi-step sequential protocol programming — the ability to run a complete therapeutic sequence automatically, stepping through frequencies and timers without manual intervention. This is the feature that makes the protocols in the Health Hertz guide practically usable.
Most competing devices are fixed at a single frequency or require manual adjustment between steps. That is adequate for simple Schumann grounding use. It is not adequate for the multi-phase protocols that address sleep, pain, immune function, and cognitive performance.
A note on claims
Health Hertz does not make medical claims. The devices we sell are not medical devices and are not approved for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical condition. The Health Hertz guide is educational material. Please consult a qualified health professional before making any changes to your health regimen.
