No. Both the Health Hertz Ripple and Health Hertz Shimmer include built-in spiral coil antennas (100 mm and 250 mm respectively) and are fully functional without any additional accessories. External antennas (ANTSA01, ANTSB02, ANTSC03) are available as optional accessories for extended field coverage and are connected via the 3.5 mm output jacks.

Both devices are powered via USB-C at 5V DC — compatible with any standard USB-C charger or power bank. The Health Hertz Shimmer also has a built-in rechargeable battery for cordless operation. No special power supply is required. Both devices are compatible with Australian (230V/50Hz), US (120V/60Hz), and European (230V/50Hz) power standards when used with an appropriate USB-C charger.

In brief: use the rotary encoder to navigate to the sequence programming menu, enter each frequency and its duration in order, then save and activate the sequence. In most countries, small personal electronics below a de minimis threshold are cleared without additional charges — for example, AUD $1,000 in Australia and NZD $1,000 in New Zealand. US customers should be aware that due to changes in US import tariff policy effective 25 February 2026, 4PX pre-collects an amount equal to 25% of the declared value as an import tax deposit at the time of shipment.
